Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Use. It keeps ClarityLedger safe for clubs, families and athletes.

Adults only, finance only

  1. Only adults (18 or older) may have an account, receive messages, or join a ClarityLedger WhatsApp group. Never add an athlete under 18.
  2. ClarityLedger groups are for team finances only. Do not use them for team chat, playing time, discipline or personal messages.
  3. This supports Safe Sport practice and the Rule of Two: ClarityLedger never creates a private channel between an adult and a minor.

Data you must not upload

  1. Health, medical, allergy or injury information.
  2. Dates of birth, photos or videos of athletes.
  3. Location or travel tracking of any person.
  4. Social Insurance Numbers, bank account numbers, card numbers or passwords.
  5. Any information you have no right to share.

Behaviour

  1. Treat everyone with respect. No harassment, bullying, discrimination or threats.
  2. Keep financial hardship and overdue information private. Do not share household names or balances in group chats or public places.
  3. Do not use ClarityLedger to send spam or marketing to people who did not consent.

Security

  1. Do not try to access data or accounts you are not allowed to see.
  2. Do not upload malware, attack the service, scrape it, or test its security without our written permission.
  3. Do not share your login. Use invites to give access.

If something goes wrong

Report misuse or a security concern to agent@clarityledgersports.com. We may remove content, remove a member from a group, or suspend an account that breaks this policy. When possible, we will talk to the club owner first.
